WAIVER STATEMENT: In consideration of Registration I, the undersigned, assume full and complete responsibility for any injury to myself, or my child or any accident which may occur during the event or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby release indemnify and hold harmless Leah’s Happy Hearts, the sponsors, promoters, and all other persons and entities associates with the event. I assume the risk associated with this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participates, the effects of weather, the conditions of the roads, etc., such risk being known and appreciated by me for myself or my child. Fees are not refundable. I attest that either I or my child are physically fit & sufficiently trained to participate in this race. I understand that I am responsible for medical coverage for myself or my child. I have read the foregoing and certify my agreement by submitting this registration or my parents or guardian’s if I am under 18 years of age.
